I love dessert, probably not as much as some people I’ve met, but let’s face it I’m human. We all enjoy a treat every once in a while. I like to include a low carb keto dessert recipe in my meal plan at least once a week. Here are several of the favorites in my family. I also include some of my modifications for your pleasure. 1. Keto Cream Cheese Brownies

This delicious recipe is brought to us by Amanda @ DomesticallyCreative.com

My only moderation to this recipe is to add Lilly’s dark chocolate chips in the place of unsweetened baker’s chocolate. I love a Kid Approved/Friendly recipe, which this is when you add Lilly’s dark chocolate chips which are lightly sweetened with Stevia.

2. Peanut Butter Cheesecake

This delectable treat is brought to you by Lisa @ LowCarbYum.com. It’s also easy because it’s no bake. A favorite with all my friends this treat can be shared without a low carb disclosure. I promise any dinner party will enjoy it with abandon.

My favorite low carb sweetener for this recipe is swerve.

I also like to use this grass fed gelatin.

3. Keto Italian Cream Cake

Brought to you by Carolyn from AllDayIDreamAboutFood.com. Great for a birthday cake or any special occasion.

4. Keto Ice Cream

Brought to you by Maya @ WholesomeYum.com

5. Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

I love this smoothie. It is extraordinarily filling. I use a local Colorado company’s raw cacao powder for my chocolate in this recipe. I think it makes a huge difference in flavor and healthiness.

Thanks for this post. I am currently doing the intermittent fasting diet and was looking for desserts that I could try out that without overdoing it with calories and the carbs. I will definitely try out some of these desserts, especially the peanut butter cheesecake. It looks so delicious from the image! Thanks for sharing.

Wow thank you for these delicious keto dessert recipes. You can have a lot of great desserts on the Keto Plan because you are allowed to have lots of dietary fats. That gives you room to enjoy things like the peanut butter ones you mentioned or the one with the cream cheese. That’s great that you can also add the cocoa powder and then you will definitely have a delicious dessert.
Knowing that we can have delicious desserts without sugar can help us stop sugar addiction together. I think your family will thank you for protecting them from the sugar addiction.

I have to say you have some really awesome dessert recipes going here. I have actually been planning to surprise my wife  and the kids with dinner that I have cooked all by myself and was looking for ideas on how to go about keto dessert recipes, as my wife is a huge fan. Your post is going to make me a real hero in the kitchen and my wife will really respect me when it comes to desserts. Thanks a lot for helping me have the opportunity to keep my bragging up because I can already feel that I will amaze her. 🙂

Hi Dave, it’s not hard to make and only takes 5 hours to set with no baking.  Let me know how it turns out.

My little girl was restrained from taking chocolate and all these stuffs for about six months because of her tooth problems and within that period my wife introduced the keto chocolate smoothie to the family. At the end of this period we offered it to my daughter and since then she takes it atleast once a week, and this have been my family’s favorite.

Hello Ashley. I like all your recipes but unfortunately since I’m working on my vegan diet I can’t eat cheese. But my sister who is a vegeterian would certainly like this list of recipes so I would tell her about it.

I will probably recommend the smoothie to her since it’s a drink and drinks are easier to make!

But be 100% certain that if I wasn’t trying to be a vegan, I would try all of these recipes. I like chocolate and cream a lot!

It’s always nice to take a peek at healthy and delicious food. Thanks for the feast! Have a nice day

Hi George, I’m glad you enjoyed looking I’ll have to find some vegan keto desserts. It wont be easy but I’m sure it can be done. I’m pretty sure that the smoothie is made with almond milk and the cream can be substituted  with coconut cream so it could be vegan.
